How long does your service take?

Our Validate My Rate service is usually completed within 48 hours of all materials being received. Our other services may take two weeks or longer to complete as we want to make sure that we have performed a thorough analysis and provided you with the best opportunity to reduce your fees.

Can the Processing Brokerage help in Interchange Optimization?

Yes, we can provide you with an analysis that is in regard to how efficiently you are processing your transactions. We do not specialize in solving problems in this area but we would be more than happy to refer you to vendors that might be able to assist with any issue you may have.

What if I don’t want to make any changes?

That is just fine with us. Remember, we are completely independent and we work for you. It is our job to provide the information that you need in a way that is easy to understand but does not lack the technical expertise so that you can make informed decisions.
